WRITING CONSULTATION

For whom?

• • • • Free of charge for students of all faculties
      • Beginners as well as experienced writers
      • No matter if German or English are your first languages
      • For law students: special consultation hours

By whom?

• • • • Students who have completed the training to become a writing peer tutor.

For what?

• • • • All types of texts from expert opinions to essays and theses
      • From the first ideas to the finished text (and the big in-between)
      • Topic identification, planning, writing techniques, feedback, scientific writing, etc.
      • Also for questions about the technical side of writing (e.g. formatting with Word).

How?

• • • • As peers, i.e. as fellow students trained in writing advice, who meet on equal terms,
        together with you in a team,
      • without any pressure of grades and absolutely confidential,

Language?

• • • • Depending on the language skills of the writing peer tutors, the consultation can also take place in languages other than German and English. Just ask!
