Application & Admission

Viadrina-Studierende Grenzbrücke

Applications open from January 11 until March 2, 2025.

After you have submitted your application, it will be processed. Once the admission decisions are finalized, all applicants will receive a notification. For a detailed description of the procedure, please refer to the application timeline.

A complete application should include the following:

  1. Application form – submitted online (deadline: March 2, 2025)

  2. Letter of Motivation (upload to online application)

  3. Nomination by Home University (upload to online application)

  4. Academic Transcript of Records (upload to online application)

  5. Passport / ID Scan (upload to online application)

Applicants will not be considered for admission until all required application documents are received by the Department of International Affairs.

Withdrawal & Cancellation

If you withdraw from participation in the Summer Courses 2025 more than 30 days before the program starts (i.e., before May 2, 2025), we will refund 50% of the participation fee as well as 50% of the tuition fee for students from non-partner universities.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made on or after May 2, 2025 (within 29 days of the program's start date).
