Presentation Consultants support and accompany presentations

Presenting one's own knowledge is part of being a student and often plays an important role in later professional life as well. To present goal-oriented and convincing is not a question of talent, but of exercise. Therefore, one's own presentation skills should already be trained during the studies.

  In this workshop you will get some theory about good presentations, so that you know on what you should focus your preparations. We show you how to develop a good structure and how to create a good visualization. We deal also with good openers and closers, which make your audience listen to you.

Consultation

We want to give Viadrina students an easier entrance into the world of studying at a university. During individual consulting we:

For students of Viadrina we offer individual consultation for questions concerning learning and presenting. The consultation can also be booked over a longer period of time (e.g. once a week) to prepare for a specific presentation. In individual sessions we will: 

• work on the topic, structure, and content of your presentation, 
• find suitable presentation-technique, and train those together with you,
• help you to develop a targeted presentation and give you feedback on your performance.

In the certified training to become a learning & presentation consultant, you will deepen your knowledge in four modules alongside your studies.
