Dr. Thomas Serrier is French and Professor at the Institut d'études européennes (IEE) Université Paris VIII - Saint-Denis in France. He also teaches at the Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences of Viadrina as a guest lecturer since the winter semester 2006/2007.
