Objectives
The programme aims at

improving career prospects of female, trans* inter* and (other) non-binary scientists,
-
increasing the number of women and gender diverse people in leading positions in research,
-
developing and expanding a network of universities and research institutions in the county of Brandenburg and
-
enhancing the attractiveness of the county of Brandenburg for highly skilled female, trans* inter* and (other) non-binary researchers.
