General Information about the Career Pilot Program

Career Pilot is a qualification program for international undegraduate students from all faculties who are interested in starting a career in Germany outside the university and would like a professional support on this path.

In the semester-long program, participants develop their personal skills, identify how they would like to live and work and learn about the German labour market, the application process and application culture.

Furthermore the program offers opportunities for exchange between the participants and international Viadrina alumni who talk about their career start in Germany and their experiences in the context of application. The alumni will also give insights into their working life and introduce their employers.

The aim of the Career Pilot Program is to make it easier for international students to enter the German labour market and to familiarise them with the customs of the labour market.
