> Program start: Kick-off meeting with the participants of the Career Pilot 2023 (compulsory date) The Kick- off meeting has several objectives: - you will get to know us, the Career Center Team as the organizers of the Career Pilot and the goals of the program - we will also explain the structure of the Career Pilot 2023 and go into detail about the individual components (workshops, thematic lectures, meetings with the Career Center on agreed topics and individual work phases) - we get to know you, the program participants, better and through interactive elements you also have the opportunity to get to know the other "Pilots" who are taking part in the Career Pilot 2023 We ask about your wishes, topics, needs. The Career Pilot is not a static project, but contains many parts where we try to respond specifically to your needs and wishes. The more active you are in the program, the more you will be able to take away from it. |

At this meeting you will also receive your certificate of participation and a small reminder of the program. |
