…confidential. Only your counsellor knows about your issues and concerns, no one else.

…open-topic. All your concerns are welcome, whether they relate directly to your studies or to your private life.

…resource-focused. We know that you have all the resources you need to complete your studies successfully and to have a fulfilling private life. We help you to access resources that have been neglected or underused in the past.

…accessible. Any and all of your concerns are welcome. Should we not be the best place to address them, we are happy to point you in the right direction.

…individually scheduled. You can have one or more counselling sessions with us. At intervals that work for you.

…free of charge. As a student at European University Viadrina you use our counselling service completely free of charge.
