Case Analysis "Introduction to Feminist Re-writing"
In 2010, the appellate regional labour court for Berlin and Brandenburg decided that the Freie Arbeiter*innen-Union (FAU) Berlin lacked the assertiveness and social power required for collective bargaining. In line with the tradition of feminist judgements methodology, Prof. Eva Kocher and Joanna Bronowicka consider how the knowledge represented in labour law neglects important social aspects of collective organisation. It will be discussed wether an alternative decision could have been reached.Zusammenfassung:
