Based on a case study of the Polish-German-Czech Oder River, the lecture discusses how the logic of growth and right-wing populist unilateralism constrain environmental protection under the conditions of climate change. It will also highlight the recent successes of NGOs involved in the protection of the Oder.Zusammenfassung:
