Further informationThe aim of INNO-KOM funding is to sustainably strengthen the innovative capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in structurally weak regions in order to compensate for their competitive disadvantages. This objective is to be achieved indirectly through pre-competitive R&D1 projects by non-profit industrial research organisations, the results of which are made available to SMEs. In addition, the funding programme is intended to contribute to the ecological transformation in structurally weak regions.
Further informationThe aim of the funding is to maintain and increase the innovation intensity of Brandenburg's economy, taking into account the clusters defined as part of the regional innovation strategy of the state of Brandenburg and its master plans. This is associated with increasing the number of sustainable, new or improved products, processes and services.
In particular, the aim is to promote cooperation between science and industry and technology transfer in order to strengthen and accelerate the economic utilisation of research and development results in Brandenburg. R&D activities are also expressly included in connection with business start-ups and relocations.Further information
