Allowances for successful acquisition of third-party funding
On this page, you will find all the information you need to apply for allowances in the incentives procedure, which are awarded for the successful acquisition of third-party funding for research purposes.
Procedural basis
Application
IMPORTANT: All applications must be submitted digitally via Formcycle. You can find the application form at:

You can log into the system using your regular Active Directory data (Viadrina account). Please only use personalized accounts, not functional or shared addresses.
Application deadlines
The application deadlines are 1 April and 1 October of each year.
An application can be submitted up to nine months after approval of a third-party funded project (date of the approval notice/Bewilligungsbescheid).
Please note: If you are a project manager and would like to apply for allowances for academic or non-academic staff from the support fund, please do not submit an application via Formcycle, but contact Department 2 directly (d2@europa-uni.de).
