Application and Enrollment
The campus management system viaCampus is the unified administration portal for your studies.
The campus management system viaCampus can be used by students of the European University Viadrina for online application, applicant management, exam registrations as well as for printing certificates and changing contact details.
In the viaCampus Wiki you will find detailed information on all topics related to studying.

Service Point for Applicants and Students
The Admissions Office, Enrollment Office and Examinations Office, together with the Service Point, offer a comprehensive information and support service.
Applicants and students should first contact the Service Point with any concerns (by phone, e-mail or in person) and will then be forwarded to contact persons in the Department of Student Affairs if necessary.
The Viadrina Service Point is located in the foyer of the Auditorium Maximum building and is happy to help you with the following matters:
- Information on application, enrollment, re-registration, leave of absence.
- Issue of chip cards
- Issue of language certificates
- Handing out or receiving applications and forms
- Acceptance of Bachelor and Master theses
- Lost and found
