Senate
Presentation Senate
The Senate is a central university board and is made up of professors, students, academic and non-academic staff. It usually meets monthly during the lecture period and on other occasions as required. Among other things, it passes resolutions on teaching and research, on the establishment and cancellation of study programmes, on opinions on study and examination regulations, on the university's statutes and regulations, on the proposal for the election of members of the university's governing body and comments on the draft budget. The meetings are open to the public with the exception of personal questions.
