- 40% from fellow students, 33% from lecturers
Articles of Association
In 2021, the Statute on Protection against Discrimination and Harassment was adopted.
In these statutes, Viadrina formulates the goal of protecting its members, relatives and guests of Viadrina from discrimination on the basis of origin, nationality, language, gender, sexual identity or orientation, social background or position, disability, religious, ideological or political conviction, age or family situation, as well as from racial discrimination, sexual harassment, violence, bullying or stalking.
In addition, Viadrina aims to create tolerant and respectful working and study conditions.Contact point
In its statutes, the university has committed to setting up a complaints office and establishing a complaints procedure. This was implemented in 2021 with the establishment of the Complaints Office for Protection against Discrimination. The contact point enables people to seek advice on the incident in a confidential and possibly anonymous setting and, if necessary, to lodge a formal complaint or seek professional conflict resolution.
