Would you like us to post your job vacancy there free of charge? Then send your detailed job advertisement as a PDF file to: careercenter@europa-uni.de

Every two weeks, we distribute a newsletter that provides students with information on career entry and related topics, including selected job advertisements.

You are welcome to send us a link to your job advertisement via email at careercenter@europa-uni.de. When selecting vacancies, we strive to ensure a balanced representation of various fields of work. If your vacancy aligns with the current newsletter, we will be happy to publish it for you free of charge.

Study profile of the Viadrina

Approximately 4,000 young people are currently studying at the European University Viadrina. With an international student population comprising 40%, Viadrina ranks among the most international universities in Germany. The university offers a total of 30 degree programs across its three faculties: Business, Business and Law, and Cultural Sciences. These programs lead to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and international double degrees. Each program delivers up-to-date specialist knowledge and places significant emphasis on interdisciplinarity and the practical application of knowledge. Viadrina students are required to complete internships in Germany or abroad as part of their studies. The acquisition of foreign languages is actively encouraged, ensuring that our students typically achieve proficiency in 2-3 foreign languages.

The Career Talk is a complimentary virtual event, lasting 60 to 120 minutes, hosted via Zoom. It provides companies with a unique opportunity to engage directly with students and offer captivating insights into their professional environment.

The structure of the Career Talk is flexible and can be tailored to your needs, with options such as:

  • Company Presentations and interactive Q&A sessions with student
  • Behind-the-Scenes Insights into your daily operations, industry challenges, and career opportunities, including entry-level and growth prospects.
  • Alumni Discussions, featuring graduates from our university who work at your company, sharing personal stories about their career journeys and professional development.
  • Workshops or Case Studies combined with a Q&A session—a particularly popular format among our students.

On-Campus Presentation Events at Viadrina

In addition to our digital offerings, we provide the option to host employer events on-site at Viadrina.

These events can be designed similarly to our popular Career Talks, allowing you to engage directly with students in a dynamic and interactive setting.

Costs and Customization:
Hosting an event on campus involves room rental and an organizational fee. The exact costs vary depending on the room size, event duration, and the level of support required.

As a general guideline, a two-hour event costs approximately €400 plus VAT. We are happy to provide a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs after an initial consultation.
