Sustainable curricula
Curricular development
The competence-oriented further development of degree programmes and curricula with regard to digitalisation, sustainability, diversity and future skills is a cultural change process for the university, which we support with our expertise.
The complexity of change processes such as curriculum development results from the characteristics of the specific organisational system "university" and the tasks to be mastered under these contextual conditions. The ZLL supports these collective transformation processes and creates suitable framework conditions for curriculum development, i.e. the subject-specific content and didactic design of degree programmes, for the university as a strategy and profile development topic, advises the university management and serves as an interface between different stakeholder groups. However, we only see the written curriculum as the starting point for a "lived" curriculum.
