We maintain contact with the Viadrina alumni and publish the alumni newsletter.

We offer spaces for exhibitions in the main building and in the Gräfin-Dänhoff building for internal and external stakeholder. If you are interested, please contact eventmanagement@europa-uni.de.

We offer campus tours for groups of guests.

Guided tours for prospective and current students are offered by the Central Student Advisory Service and the Viadrina International Affairs department.

We provide information about Viadrina's corporate design and offer downloads and templates for employees.

We maintain an extensive photo and media archive from over 30 years of the European University Viadrina. For requests please contact the Department of Communication.

We take photos at official Viadrina events, create portraits for employees and image photography for the European University.

We also produce video content, particularly for the official social media channels of the Viadrina.

We coordinate the official internal communication with Viadrina employees and students. We produce a daily press review for internal Viadrina target groups; the internal employee newsletter ViadrINFO is published every fortnight.

At the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), numerous academics are working, for example, on the current situation in Eastern Europe, its history and society. In addition, the Viadrina also has expertise in the fields of Ukraine in the past and present and in the field of transformation research. Our three Faculties, the European New School of Digital Studies (ENS) and the academic institutions employ renowned experts who are available for interviews and background discussions.

We provide expertise and contact persons on current topics at the Viadrina - from informative background discussions to exclusive interviews. If you are a Viadrina academic and would like to offer your expertise, please contact us!

We keep conference materials and guest giveaways for Viadrina staff. Employees can order these products via this online form.

Merchandise such as T-shirts, jumpers or backpacks can also be found in the AStA shop on campus (Gräfin-Dönhoff building, Europaplatz 1).

We publish media information on current topics, academic projects, awards and events at the Viadrina; depending on the topic, also in English and/or Polish.

In the news portal, we provide lively descriptions of everyday university life, explain current research projects, introduce new professors and honour successes. As a showcase for the university, the news portal appeals to both, university members and the general public.

The news portal includes current reporting and media information about the European University Viadrina. Older texts can be found in the Logbuch (2022-05/2024) and in the archive (2015-2021).

We provide information on Viadrina's official social media and messenger channels about the latest news from science and research and give insights into campus life.

Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky and LinkedIn as well as in the messenger channels WhatsApp and Telegram.

Would you like to make your study programme more visible? Together with you, we will develop an appropriate campaign motif and support you in the implementation of advertising measures.

In close cooperation with the Faculties and Student Advisory Service department, we pursue the goal of increasing awareness of the Viadrina and communicating the study programmes on offer in the communication channels relevant to prospective students and their reference groups. We advise decentralised departments and support them with targeted advertising activities and materials to reach prospective students.

We organise the university's official public events (e.g. the Viadrina Award Ceremony, the Graduation Day) and edit the central public events calendar.

We coordinate and supervise the process of the relaunch of the Viadrina website and implement it together with the decentralised editors.

We edit the Viadrina's websites and advise decentralised editors within the Viadrina on their web presence.

We compile central publications such as the Viadrina publication series, in which speeches from outstanding events, Viadrina Prize awards and inaugural lectures are published.
