These TEMPLATES provide an overview of all the necessary information and are therefore recommended:
>>> Election proposals must be submitted to the election management by the deadline.
NOTE on the digital submission of election proposals:
- The election proposal and list of supporters do not necessarily have to be submitted in paper form .
- It is sufficient if the candidate or list spokesperson fills out the form and submits it with his/her own scanned signature to the election management from his/her university e-mail account.
- He/she should cc all candidates on the list and all supporters with their respective university email. .
- Anyone can declare their candidacy/support for this email within the deadline by printing out, signing, scanning or photographing the email and sending it from their university email account via „reply to all“, but in any case to the election management.
Who can run for the Senate and the Faculty Councils?
All university members are eligible to vote, i.e. all persons who work full-time at the European University Viadrina or are enrolled as students.
