Diversity management
Diversity management (DiM) for students is about actively and consciously developing a culture that promotes and values diversity. Similarities and differences should be sensitively recognised, accepted and used as potential. DiM aims to make the university as non-discriminatory as possible through full integration. This process can only succeed if the realisation that diversity and the implementation of a strategy aimed at this generates considerable added value for the university itself gradually becomes established in day-to-day interactions.
