Welcome to the Matriculation Office of the Viadrina. We support you from the online enrolment onwards in all matters relating to your student status (except students in continuing education programmes).

Welcome to the Examination Office of the Viadrina. We are responsible for the administration of your academic achievements in viaCampus and support the examination boards on the administrative side.

You can contact us with:

• the application for admission to the final thesis
• the application for the issue of your certificate
• the application for the issue of a clearance certificate

If application forms are provided, you will find them on the page of your degree programme.

In viaCampus, you can do the following yourself:

• Registering and cancelling regaistrations for exams
• Check your examination results
• Registration and cancellation of courses (may also be required in Moodle)
• View and download performance overviews

Welcome to the Service Point of the Viadrina. On the pages about Study and semester organisation you will find all relevant information. Our student staff at the Service Point are also your first point of contact for:

• general information about your studies at the Viadrina
• picking up documents (e.g. language certificates) and student ID cards
• submission of documents, applications and forms to the Admission, Matriculation and Examination Office
• submission of final theses
• picking up found property

If your concerns cannot be conclusively clarified at the Service Point, you will be forwarded directly from there to contact persons in the respective areas.

In addition, the Department of Student Affairs is involved in the Helping Rooster project with the Service Point. The rooster is a symbolic sign that children can find a contact person and support in emergency situations at the Service Point in the Audimax building and at the information desk in the University Library in Viadrina's Main Building.

The project was initiated by the Children's Commissioner of the City of Frankfurt (Oder) together with the "Alliance for Families Frankfurt (Oder)".

viaCampus is the Viadrina's campus management system. Login is standardised for all online systems via the euv account and the password of your choice.

First tips for self-help:

• Login does not work
• Does the login to Moodle or the retrieval of emails work?
  • Yes: Exclude typing errors, delete saved passwords and enter them manually
  • No: Password reset
• Functions within the login area display error messages, the view is incorrect
• Try using a different browser
• Mozilla Firefox and Chrome are recommended
• The viaCampus Wiki provides detailed information and instructions for use.

The Department of Student Affairs is responsible for compiling and sending out the official statistics on students, guest students, doctoral candidates and examinations.

The student statistics for the last few semesters can be viewed on the following page. The data is collected continuously on April 30th and October 31st for the respective semester.
